Payment & Refund Policy
Updated: September 15, 2026
The only paid service at Itera is one-to-one consultations: from 40 to 100 EUR depending on the format. The articles on the site and the @itera_edu_bot bot are free. Below is how a consultation is paid for and what happens if it is cancelled, rescheduled or missed.
1. What is paid
- One-to-one consultations — formats and terms are on the Consultations page
- Articles on itera.study and the @itera_edu_bot Telegram bot — free
2. Paying for a consultation
- The price depends on the format: 40 EUR for the career entry review and 50 EUR for the post-rejection review — 60 minutes each; 80 EUR for the CV and test task review and 100 EUR for the mock interview — 1.5 hours each
- First we agree on a time, then you pay in advance by bank transfer
- Consultations are held in Ukrainian or Russian
3. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows
| Situation | What happens |
|---|
| You cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start | Full refund or free rescheduling |
| You cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the start | No refund |
| You do not come to the consultation | No refund |
| You are more than 15 minutes late | Counts as a no-show, no refund |
| We cancel the consultation | Full refund or rescheduling — your choice |
| Materials for the CV and test task review did not arrive by 18:00 the day before (Warsaw time) | Rescheduling with no penalty |
4. How refunds are made
If you are entitled to a refund under the terms above, the money is returned by the same kind of transfer you paid with, within 5 business days.
5. Future PRO subscription in the bot
The bot has no paid features right now. Once a paid access tier (PRO) launches:
- Payments will go through a certified payment provider
- Pricing and payment methods will be published on the site and in the bot before the paid feature is turned on
- This page will be updated with a new "Updated" date before payments go live
- The main reason for a refund will be a technical failure — access not activating after a successful payment
6. Right of withdrawal for digital content (PRO)
As with most digital educational services, once access to paid digital content begins, the right of withdrawal (a refund-window equivalent) is expected not to apply if you explicitly confirm immediate access and waive that right at the moment of payment.
This wording is preliminary: the exact legal basis (directive/law reference) will be added to the final version of this page once the service’s jurisdiction is determined — see the Privacy Policy, supervisory-authority section.
