Senior Business Analyst

My name is Oleksii Hyria. For ten years I led departments in banks, and in 2016 I changed careers and moved into IT. Today I am a Senior Business Analyst.

Domain expertise: traditional banking, neobanking, fintech, ERP and CRM, logistics, iGaming, AI, AML compliance, crypto, content generation and publishing.

I led a team of analysts and interviewed candidates as a hiring manager, so I know how a candidate’s answer sounds from the other side of the table.

For people who are just entering the profession, I write a free series on LinkedIn, “BA From Scratch” — I have more than 6,000 followers. How I left banking myself — in the article “Is It Too Late to Move Into Business Analysis? My Switch From Banking”.
